Sex months, eh? Sounds good!

Seriously though, if things were slowing to a halt you basically have two options: Change your diet (ie, switch to T-dawg as you’re doing), or, gasp, take some time off! A period of two weeks at maint. levels can help the body ‘normalize’, then you can start at it again.
