Went to Dr today for labs, suspected LowT, Dr said everything was fine, wants to sup VIT D.
Asked for clarification on T count. Seems low to me <300ng/dl. Also am requesting Free T counts.
Anything else I am missing. Thanks for the help!

That range is messed up, looks like they are screening for castrated people rather than hupogonadism. Less than 350 is definitely low and even higher could give you low T symptoms if body is used to higher T. Find yourself a better doctor, this guy shouldn’t be one

Read the stickies. They list the labs you need. Your cholesterol is way too low. Cholesterol is the base for all steroid hormones. Ideal levels are around 180.

T is low.
Cholesterol is pathologically low. Maybe leading to low DHEA-S.

Need these labs: - to find out more about your low T
TT
FT
E2
prolactin
DHEA-S
LH/FSH

Find 5000-6000iu vit-D3 capsules, tiny oil filled.

TSH is better near 1.0
You [everyone] should be using iodized salt to support thyroid hormone production. I no iodized salt in the house, read the thyroid basics sticky.

Alter diet to increase cholesterol if you can.
