New to EDT and I have a simple question.
Do I work the entire body in the 3 PR Zones such as:Chest/BIBack/TriLeg/Shoulders
Or do I break each of these into its own day and due 3 exercises per bodypart per PR and do 3 PR this way?

Do 2 PRs in a workout. Each PR should be the same body parts, different exercies. The next workout do different parts.
Depending on your fitness level, start slow or you will overtrain. There are plenty of different ways to divide up an EDT workout. Check all of the articles and decide which is best for you. Good luck!
