For upper body days I am following the superset recommendation. After every set do a pulling exercise: Band pull aparts, DB rows, Pullups, and Bicps curls. On lower body days I will stick to ab exercises.

Hi jim… can incorporate Power cleans to a two day program? Or is it okay if we keep a separate day for it?

The reason I asked was because I thought it’d be too much to do perform power cleans along with two other main lifts on the same day

Can I switch DB row with BB row in workout #3? I know 5/3/1 says do not customize, but I just feel my back muscles working better with bb row.
