Thib, what’s the latest and greatest comprehensive fat loss program on your end? Anything you’d recommend over Get Shredded. Worked like a charm. First and only time I was in the mid single digits. Thinking of another round but wanted to see if your thoughts have evolved and there’s something you’d recommend more.
