I did cluster sets in Sept,this month I did 9-6-3 wave loading.What strength training methodology would be good for next month? For now my goal is just pure unadulterated strength-just wants to up my 1RM.

eccentric training (just a few reps with a weight above your 1rm), Poliquin’s 5 percent solution, Charles Staley’s EDT, smolov, Poliquin’s 1-6 principle, etc.
The methods you used are pretty intense. I suggest you deload for a week or two.
