New Split

I have been training upper/lower body or full body for a while now and looking to try a split over the next few weeks.
Does this one seem ok?

Workout 1 Shoulders/Triceps
Workout 2 Back/Traps
Workout 3 Chest/Biceps
Workout 4 Legs

Any thoughts would be great thanks

I would rather do

  1. Shoulders/Traps
  2. Back/Biceps
  3. Chest/Triceps
  4. Legs

Just to give some groups a little more of a rest, having said that frequency can be a good stimulus. Try it your way for weeks, then change it - see how you respond. As an isolated example lat raises on workout 1 may impact on workout 2 for biceps. Depending on when you rest etc.
