After a couple months of a push/pull split, I have decided to try 4x week split. I am ok with Monday and Tuesday but, I am not sure about Friday and Sarurday. Would it be better to train back or shouders on Friday?

You have legs down as friday? You ask if you should do back or shoulders friday. IMO the way you have it set up is fine if it works for you. I would try it and see how it feels.
