New Shoulder Exercise


This is a cool movement that my friend and I “invented” when we trained prior to giving a joint seminar in Sint Maarten. Really hits all head of the deltoid pretty well and also a great way to keep the shoulders healthy.

Best done for sets of 8-10 reps per set.
