New Rules Of Lifting Program


Greetings...I started The New New Rules
Of Lifting routines by Shuler/Cosgrove..
friggin too hard! I did the Hypertrophy 1 workout..Just could not finish it..Doing 4 sets of 10 reps for all the leg exercises is just plain impossible..
Has anyone else around here read the book and used the workouts?


Use lighter weight?


I have the book......and I think its pretty good. I was on the Hyper 1 program for a little less than 2 months, and you are right....following the program the way it's written is pretty exhausting, I did lighten the weights some to get through the workouts.
