So for the past 6 weeks I’ve been running 30mins a day 5 days a week and lifting 2-3 times a week. I didnt really expect any muscle gains but I just wanted to maintain what little I have.
I actually lost about 12lbs but I still have 15 or so to go and I’m ready to destroy it. I think taking HOT-ROX Extreme and running everyday will help with that but what should I include to gain some muscle? The HRX are to keep me from losing from the cardio but I have to lean down.
I was thinking of running 30 mins monday, wednesday and friday and then 15mins on tuesday and thursday with lifting but I dont know the best way to get the best improvement. Im also thinking of trying to T2 as i’ve stumbled across some, but I wont stack it with HRX. So what do you guys suggest to cut this fat out but still get some decent muscle? or should I get rid of this fat and then start lifting?
