New Routine to Gain Strength

I am currently going to be following Tony Gentilcore’s Rule of 90 percent program which calls for singles at 90 percent to gain strength. I wanted to include 10 sets of 3 for assistance work on front squats.

Would 10 sets of 3 and Singles at over 90 percent be too CNS intensive in the same week? If not, where could I put the 10x3…On day two instead of DE effort lower body? Thanks and your opinions are appreciated
