New Routine Question, After Bill Starr Program

Hi,

I have been running bill starr for a while with good results (prior to that i used starting strenght)
I reached a point where my training sessions last around 2hrs and a half to complete all the lifts and the program is becoming very heavy… My goals are not PL oriented, just strength and atleticism…
I noticed that for me high frequency works best, so I tried sheiko, but I had to drop it because it seems a bit to advanced / PL oriented for me
I have found this tsavo method (don’t know if it is famous or not) which is pretty similar to bill starr, it has some deload weeks and waves the load from mesocycle to mesocycle…
anybody has some knowledge / opinions about it?
