I've been doing a starting strength 5x5 routine for a few months and have been very impressed with the results.
i started at 150 lbs and very weak.
after about 7 or 8 months im now up 176 lbs
DL @ 315 5x1
SQ @ 275 5x5
BNCH @ 170 5x5
PRESS @ 135 5x5
i started incorperating alot of isolation bicep and tri stuff and was really happy with the results so i decided to switch up my program completly to do a typical split routine.
my problem is i can only train Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs.
any suggestions as to what a good routine would be for someone at my current level?
have been wanting to switch to body part split routine
