If you have low thyroid function, you can feel bad, even with very good T levels. Sometimes with thyroid issues, one can feel worse on TRT because body cannot meet the increased/restored demands of restored T levels.

Please see last paragraph in this post to eval your thyroid.

Are you been treated for low insulin sensitivity or diabetes?
A1C, low SHBG

You appear to be iron deficient. Any ideas about your diet that may be doing this. Males typically hord iron, so when it appears low, we are concerned about possibility of a GI blood loss. Any digestive issues? Or a blood doner? You can get an occult blood test to detect any blood in your poop.

Oddly, your blood work HTC, RBC etc do not reflect a lack of iron or a GI bleed.

Ferritin not tested. This can reduce thyroid fT4–>fT3 conversion.

Evaluate your overall thyroid function by checking oral body temperatures as per the thyroid basics sticky. Thyroid hormone fT3 is what gets the job done and it regulates mitochondrial activity, the source of ATP which is the universal currency of cellular energy. This is part of the body’s temperature control loop. This can get messed up if you are iodine deficient. In many countries, you need to be using iodized salt. Other countries add iodine to dairy or bread.
