Diet and exercise. You cannot situp your way to abs. It will strengthen your abs but will not burn fat around your stomach. Spot reducing fat is bullshit.

Thatās not enough, you need to get your butt to the gym and lift some serious weight, you need a personal trainer asap.
Weights, cardio, and a good clean diet planā¦ Donāt waste your time with the situps, not even very good for core strength. Oh and inject weekly as others have already stated.
