Thanks everyone for the help and kind words. My goal is to be as sttk g and muscular as possible for my age. And also as long as posible. I’ve DDD also arthritis it’s just starting but I can feel it. My hand not sure what it’s it last from 4 to 6 days I can’t pickup anything and my 5 year old daughter can force me to buy anything if she pulls my finger maybe rheumat

I’m back, was off the gym for almost a month, I was squatting using a machine went a bit heavy and pull my erectum left side I think that is how is call, I’m changing my routine, I’m going to so split workout, 5 days a week 4 days weightlifting 1 cardio. Doing 12 to 8 reps 4 sets. Let’s keep lifting!
