Hey, I'm about to embark on a new program for law enforcement. My knowledge on the training side of things is OK but I need a little help with the nutrition.
At the moment I weigh around 104 kg and unsure of bodyfat %. My plan is to stay the same weight maybe a little heavier but lower the fat %.
I'm eating 7 meals a day but my problem is that it tends to be that 3 of those meals are the same.
My program is made up of weight training, old school training (sandbags, tyres etc), speed work, pack walks, swimming and aerobic runs. It's a pretty full on program so I'll need plenty of energy and recovery.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
