New, Need Input on Program

Hey guys,somebody posted this up in a car forum and I knew I had to join. I was wondering hwo do I go about creating a execrcising technique for myself? Im 22, 225lbs, 6’3", the upper part of my legs are consumed with fat and so is my belly, hands and lower parts of legs are in good shape. How do I go about turning that fat into muscle, and a fatter neck?

You can’t turn fat into muscle, any more than you can turn fingernails into hair. (Doesn’t make much sense, does it? :wink: )

You can burn fat, and you can build muscle, but they’re two separate “things”.

As for the neck, check out “The Power Look” routine by Christian Thibaudeau:
