Notes: I completed Phase 1-3 of the Surge Workout Challenge as prescribed, with slight modifications to make it work in my garage. I would do 3 strength days and on the non-Surge training days do Crossfit. This was a new style of training for, and after getting into the right mindset I did enjoy it. I really liked the Surge Workout Fuel (just bought two more bags), and feel like I saw improvements. More than anything else, I felt the Surge Workout Fuel allowed me to push harder and finally solved my “what should I have in the morning before training” dilemma.
