I am due with my 2nd child March 21st, 2012..my 1st will be 20 months old at that time.
I want to get back into shape and also a healthy lifestyle as quick as possible..an ultimate and later goal would not be to "do" bikini style comps but to have that "look and confidence" like i could if i wanted lol
Any vets who have tips for not just a beginner woman but a beginner woman who is going to be coming fresh of the delivery of baby#2 ??!
Any differences that youve found when working out and nutrition?
I have a pretty clean eating plan (other than an occ craving) which i plan to be strict on after baby..but confused on workout planning....so much info on here has me a little overwhelmed...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
