hi i just wanna know if the Metabolic Drive Muscle Growth formula will have
Lactose in it cuz im lactose intolerant and if the Surge Recovery 52g of sugars is lactose?

Metabolic Drive Muscle Growth Formula uses fractionated rice oligodextrin and isomaltulose as the carb sources. It has essentially zero lactose in it.

Surge Recovery uses glucose and maltodextrin, not lactose, and likewise is no problem for persons with lactose intolerance.

Thanks for the reply on Metabolic Drive I look forward to trying it out and see if I can get as much muscle growth out of it as it claims it will.
