I am new to this forum. I am female and have been training for about 2 years. I am using the T-Dawg diet & the Meltdown training. My diet is clean and I take 2 scoops of Surge PWO.

Other than Surge, I would like to know the best carbs for this diet besides oatmeal & multi-grain bread (I am sick of oatmeal!)

As far as your question. All veggies are great choices.

Limited amounts of starchy carbs. Rice, potatoes, my fav. sweet potatoes, squash (zucchini and pumpkin)

Fat free dairy such as yoghurt, and cottage cheese.

Fruits, mainly low gi, berries, tangerines, apples, pears, peaches, etc.

The main thing is just keep it under what you have chosen for your carb limit.

How is the trusty ole T-dwag treating you? Good progress?

I appreciate the info. You have no idea how sick I get of oatmeal.

The diets going very well. I’m taking Hot-Rox (1 cap twice/day) and I’ve gained 2 pounds of muscle while losing over 8 pounds of fat. My BF% is down almost 5% in 3 weeks.

No problem. Now dont just 86 that oat meal.:slight_smile: Good stuff there.

By the way, great results, Keep it up.
