Hello , I’m 32 years 6’5" , 284 I have played rugby for 10 years… I have been training at a very high level since the age of 18 .
Bench max is 405, squat never go heaver than 400 , dead lift never go over 315 . First cycle was 2 years ago . Test E and EQ 12 weeks HCG pct
Most recent cycle Dball , sustanon, EQ… HCG and liv-52 pct . I read a lot of post on this site and my goal is to learn all I can about safe and effective ways to train hard and get max results . I consider myself a beginner but not a reckless clown dumping anything I can in my body. Look forward to learning from you all …

At least you haven’t sat on your thumb and wondered where your youth went.

This lifestyle is measured in years and decades not weeks and months. This is a very good site to soak up and master the information as you commit to your goals. Happy lifting.
