This Waterbury program is amazing!
2 pounds of muscle in 2 weeks on phase 1 is fine.
My bench press has been stuck at 200 since april. It’s 215 after 2 weeks of this. I took time off because of a bad sunburn so I came into phase2day1 extra well rested.
Taking T-Nation’s advice, I’ll get some Surge, whenever it is in stock.
Does it go fast?? Is there like at least 2 days to order some?
