Hey All, just starting out. 46 years old. Soreness just starting to subside. Getting myself real confused on the nutrition side of this whole journey. Trying to keep it simple. Doing Scifit Whey drink morning and night. Eating more than I've ever eaten during the course of the day. Training hard 4-5 days a week. Want it all to happen overnight which I know it wont. Lots of good stuff on this site. Glad to be part of.
