This is most definately the best forum on the net - Hands down!!! The amount of information exchanged and the pure expertise which can be found here are amazing. I agree with the newbies going to the previous issues to gain some really great knowledge with respect to training (Ian King, Christian Thibaudeau, Coach Davies, Alessi), nutrition (Berrardi, etc.), even hardcore info (Strasser, I miss Batcheldor). I have been reading the online mag since the beginning and the knowledge I have gained are unbelievable. Keep up the good work guys. This is the place to be!
