New Intense 3-S Program

I found this program on the main page of bodybuilding.com It looks pretty intense to me and it does make a lot of sense if you read the article but i am not going to try it because I am not experienced enough. That’s why I am posting it in the bodybuilding section to share the routine with more experienced lifters who may be able to benefit from this. Also, im interested in hearing feedback and thoughts on this program.
