So I pikced up a copy of The New HIT by Ellington Darden, and I’m a bit confused.
In part 4, he listed routines for beginners, intermediates and advanced HIT trainee’s. Then in part 5 he outlines a 6-month transformation program example. The style of exercises and the program itself are completely different from the one in part 4.
Which one does he want new comers to do?!?
Also, the book gives an example of how to perform a barbell curl to true complete failure, but thats it. No other exercise is described this way. That kinda bothered me.
