I’m new to this website and I was wondering if someone could give me some workout routines to try out or if I could be directed to a forum where this might be discussed more in detail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

My goals are to gain weight/muscle, not necessarily stronger, even though that comes with the process. I weigh 165 with pretty good strength. 250max bench, 425max squat. I basically just want to gain a little more weight. Been working out for years and am always looking into new routines and switching my programs up.
