New Hampshire Lifter II

Is this a spicy or a more earthy type of seasoning.
And no more knee incidents around here please.

Steve , too bad about your back and kneeā€¦but smart to train around the issue so someday you can be as strongā€¦umm wait I meant as OLD as me and still play.
Trying to train intelligently so I can train when Iā€™m as ā€˜seasonedā€™ as you.
Thatā€™s a lot of seasoning
Who doesnā€™t like a lot of seasoning?

Trying to keep the injuries to a minimum around here. Nothing to dangerous.

11/14

warm-up complex 6 reps each: dead,rdl,row,hang clean,front squat into press,squat,GM

 1. MP 115x2x5
 2. semi-sumo dead 225x2x5
 3. t-handle swing 50x30,25,20 = 75 total reps
 4. zercher squat from rack 135x2x5
 5. farmers carry 100 lb dbs x 45 seconds

Kept things light.

That is a great warm-up complex. Your following lifting set-up is excellent too. That kind of work done at a progressively light/heavy schedule or just gradually increasing will cause incredible results in conditioning and strength. Maybe Iā€™m a bit too enthusiastic this morning but it looks good.

Thanks Paul. Iā€™m having trouble picking what weights to use. See how it goes.

11/20

MP 135x5 165x5
semi-sumo 315x2x5

waiter walks/farmers carry x several trips
t-handle swings 60x25,15,10,15,15 = 80 total

Not sure anything felt lighter than before but nothing felt heavier.

Piling up the volume and moving nice totals will add up for great results, nice work.

Really didnā€™t mean to get serious about the 40 day workout but Iā€™m so deep now I would like to finish it. The only thing I donā€™t like is there are no chin-ups or rows.

Happy Thanksgiving.
