Trying to keep the injuries to a minimum around here. Nothing to dangerous.

warm-up complex 6 reps each: dead,rdl,row,hang clean,front squat into press,squat,GM
- MP 115x2x5
- semi-sumo dead 225x2x5
- t-handle swing 50x30,25,20 = 75 total reps
- zercher squat from rack 135x2x5
- farmers carry 100 lb dbs x 45 seconds
Kept things light.
That is a great warm-up complex. Your following lifting set-up is excellent too. That kind of work done at a progressively light/heavy schedule or just gradually increasing will cause incredible results in conditioning and strength. Maybe Iām a bit too enthusiastic this morning but it looks good.

Piling up the volume and moving nice totals will add up for great results, nice work.
