3 board close grip pause bench is the longest exercise name I’ve ever used. I need to add chains and bands next time. 3 board close grip pause bench with chains and bands.

Got up at 5 this morning and hit the basement. I’ve never done dynamic effort before. My weights need to be lowered the next workout because things didn’t move very fast.

I’ve read people die more often training in the morning. Doctors say something about hormone levels and blah,blah,blah. I think its just nature weeding out the dumb ones because there has to be something wrong with you to train in the morning.

Biker and I both train in the morning. We’re still kicking. 5:00 AM is not so bad, once you get used to it. Hopefully I don’t stroke out next week, after writing this…

12/10 DE bench

  3. pushdowns 70x20 80x15
  4. DB rows 150x8,8
  5. 1 set chin ups to failure
  6. 2 sets of lateral raise, front raise, band pull apart, hammer curls

Things moved quickly. Now I need to get my squat and deadlift DE weights moving this fast. Oddly I think my regular bench is stronger than my 4 board press.

I12/11 ME day

After the past few workouts I realize my lower back, abs and tris are really weak. I’m hoping to bring them up for my next meet.

Thanks guys but remember it was 3 board. I like the cambered bar for rows. You can’t use as much weight but the ROM is better. I actually can feel it more in my lats.

Things moved more quickly today. I just think I’m not very fast anymore. But I’m going to keep trying to speed up.

I’m so out of shape I think the jump rope and jumping fried me. After the dimel deads I was exhausted.
