Got up at 5 this morning and hit the basement. I’ve never done dynamic effort before. My weights need to be lowered the next workout because things didn’t move very fast.

I’ve read people die more often training in the morning. Doctors say something about hormone levels and blah,blah,blah. I think its just nature weeding out the dumb ones because there has to be something wrong with you to train in the morning.

12/10 DE bench
Things moved quickly. Now I need to get my squat and deadlift DE weights moving this fast. Oddly I think my regular bench is stronger than my 4 board press.

After the past few workouts I realize my lower back, abs and tris are really weak. I’m hoping to bring them up for my next meet.
Not to mention bringing them up for next weekend’s triple movie feature.
I forgot to ask if you’re a multiplex cinema.

Well looky here, a paused CG for 405!! Nice work young man…How are the rows with a cambered bar?The gym I go to doesn’t have one… I’m jealous…

Thanks guys but remember it was 3 board. I like the cambered bar for rows. You can’t use as much weight but the ROM is better. I actually can feel it more in my lats.

I’m so out of shape I think the jump rope and jumping fried me. After the dimel deads I was exhausted.
