I made 4’’ blocks the other day and couldn’t wait to give them a try.

Had a great day. My wife and I walked through americas stone henge in Salem NH, visited a local brewery then had an early dinner. So I thought it would be nice to end the day with stone lifting.

Did some benching and pull-ups this morning. Nothing special. Have family coming over so I had to hit it early. Grilling, beers and pool for the rest of the day.

It was too hot out to lift stones so I headed down into the basement.

How is your tan coming ? hahaha… the grilling, beers and pool is one of my all time favorite workouts…I think I’ll do that one tomorrow ! Lifting looks solid as always Steve , have a good weekend.

Paul, my tan is spot on. I’ve been in the pool more this year than I ever have. Hope your workout goes well. Don’t forget the sunscreen.

Bench felt good but pulling 545 felt real heavy. I gave it one lame try and just took the weights off.
