Moved several couches for family today. Uhaul, a horse farm, second story narrow hallway college apartment and the dump were all involved. So all the weights tonight felt a bit heavy.
Putting in a lot of consistent hard work… I assume the back is feeling better! Sled pulls and stones… guess it’s time for me to break out the slosh pipe…
Paul, my back is feeling great. Must be the stone lifting. My son bought me a bottle of bourbon for Father’s Day. So I may get the slosh pipe out tonight.
Biker, I wish it was just warming up. I’m just trying to get a few ok workouts in a couple times a week. Thanks for asking about my son. He’s getting to be a beast. Hopefully he’ll be squatting and deadlifting 600 by next year. I don’t even try to keep up anymore.

My shoulders and elbows were on fire. Bench may have to be dropped for awhile. Work on my MP.
I started out doing squats but after 4 sets my back was killing me. I was going to call it quits but my oldest had a brilliant idea. ‘Why don’t you bench instead?’.
