Quick weeknight workout. I wanted to give my shoulders a break so I pulled out the football bar. Funny how a neutral grip can make the bench press feel so different.

Paul, I’m using the 80/20 rule with my workouts. Football only has 3 more regular season games left. Going by quickly. Kainen is having fun but can’t wait to get back to powerlifting.
