I moved a big stone (at least 500-600 lbs) out of the my bushes yesterday. Not sure what I’m going to do with it but I’ve wanted it somewhere in my yard for awhile. I had to roll it up a slight incline for a distance which was a great workout. My forearms are sore today. So I only had MP in me tonight.

I’ve never done pull throughs. I’m on the fence whether I like them or not.
Steve, I have a sneaky suspicion that you can already MP 300# and you don’t post it to make sure I have my one thing…
And that is a lot of MP!

I’m a great guy Skip. What else can I tell you.
My oldest didn’t get home until 1230 last night and my wife was working so there was no boozing for me. Around 1130 I got a little bored so I finished up my my workout. I went llight with the lateral raise - MP superset and kept the time between sets way down.
365 MPs. Great work in here.
Biker, I was joking with Skip. I can’t MP anywhere close to 365. But thanks for thinking I could.
Got outside today and rolled my big stone around for a bit. Then I made a stone lifting platform out of my two big tires and a pallet. Rolling that stupid stone around is a great workout. My forearms get absolutely killed and I’m breathing like a freight train. Re-hydrating now with red wine and beer.

Paul, I pulled out of the meet in August this past weekend. Kainen decided to play football so August is a bad month for anything now. The meet director let me switch to a meet Jan 15 in Holden just outside of Worcester. Sorry I won’t get to watch you set some PRs.

Paul, I was thinking the same thing. Very nice pressing. Too bad you have to be DQ’d for excessive reps.
You powerlifters just don’t understand my bodybuilder training. Guys like Arnold and I understand how important the burn is.

Kainen had football double sessions the past two days. Its his first time playing and so far he’s loving it. Being young and in shape he played a summer league hockey game tonight after football all day. But being old I won’t be able to sleep until 1 or 2 am because I lifted so late.
