After 45, I think looking good trumps great strength.

But, you’ve likely got both going for you.

When I wrote “great strength” I meant stuff like 450 bench, 600+ deads/squats. By all means keep doing what you’re doing.

  2. prowler pull +90x4
  3. prowler sprint +90x1

I assume that thing has rubber pads to protect your pavement?

The prowler doesn’t do much damage. The winter plow truck is a different story. Just sealcoat it every few years.

7/8

  1. a bunch of sets of lateral raises, front raises and db press
  2. fat grip pulldowns x4 sets
  3. fat bar curls x4 sets

Looks like a great spot for a NH Summer Lifting camp for Old Meatheads (working title).

We already know you have a nice fire pit to ‘recover’ around at night…
Always thinking here- :+1:

I think someone cut down a cutting board to use on the prowler
it was heavy thrower

Thanks for remembering heavy thrower. He was a strong sob. Messed up his neck really badly if I remember correctly. A bunch of those guys haven’t posted in years. Quarterton, Barry, bunny and a several more names I can’t recall.

17’’ box front squat: barx10 135x3 185x3 225x3 275x3 315x3 365x3 315x3
stiff legged deads 135x3 225x3 275x3 315x3 365x3

I’m on vacation this week. We’re. Doing house projects. By the time I worked out I was already tired. So no reps today.

Harry, what was the guys name from Texas? Had the home gym outdoors? Friends with Barry and quarterton. And the guy who did a lot of complexes and built furniture in South Carolina. They were characters.

Jimmy T, J-willy, littlestrict and PeteS.
