Sat AM session is Masters and teens…limited to 35 lifters…so should go quickly…the Open is Sunday all day…so Obviously this ole bag of bones will be there Sat AM…if you end up doing it just look for the guy with he skinniest legs…that would be me!
GV, I still have that damn coughing bug! Pain in the ass. I didn’t sleep at all last night. Taking benadryl early tonight.
Paul, next paycheck (two Thursdays from now) I’m signing my oldest son and myself up for that meet. We’ll be in the Saturday portion of the meet. I want to lift in the 45-49 year old class and my son the 16-17 year old both belt only.
Zman, my oldest wanted those 100s for some reason. They’re so damn heavy. But they are cool.
Hey! Vic and I were recently in New Boston buying sketchy craigslist truck parts and I thought about you. Hope you and your family had a great Christmas. Congrats on the registry pass! I knew you’d do great. Glad you’re able to spend more time on TN at the office rather than studying for work related exams. (New username because TN locked out my old account, too!)
Hey Momma Meg. Should have stopped by. And all the holidays were great…I didn’t have to work. Ha ha. Hope all is going swell with you and the family. Have you had any time to carry some stones? I lugged a couple into the basement. I’ve got issues.
GV, he’s into it right now so I’m gonna run with it. I’m excited to see what he can total.
Dave, going to sign up next Thursday. How old is your son?
Nice work by both of you. My first six months of “working out” consisted of pressing as much as I could from the floor overhead for a single with a set of plastic weights. I think I got up to about 110 by the end of that time.
It is great your sons have you to work out with and learn from… I hope to do the same with my 12-year-old.
