I never get outside to workout anymore so I brought two stones downstairs. Quite a project getting them downstairs. A workout in itself. This is something I’ve wanted to do for awhile now.

The wine and excess Chinese food last night has me a little tired today. So this was a forced march workout. My oldest was benching in the rack so I had to clean the weight with the shoulder press.
I alternated 3 rep sets between regular deads and trapbar deads. I set up at the 30 second mark of every minute for 30 minutes. Except for the last 3 sets I did with little to no rest. So I finished closer to 28 minutes. No belt.
I was feeling like a slob after the gluttony of the past week. This workout made me feel much better.
1a. deadlift 315x15x3
1b. high handle trap bar 405x15x3
Most sets for cgb and rows started on the 30 second mark. I made the mistake at set 5 or 6 of only waiting 30 seconds between sets. Made the rest of cgb tough. Finished cgb and rows in around 28 minutes.
Definitely jealous of your 100s there. Congrats on the big plates. I used to love to do stiff deads standing on a 100 lbs plate but I haven’t been able to get any 100s yet. Nice lifting in here.
Thanks GV. Got them off craig’s list for 87.5 cents a pound. The best price new I could find new was $1.15 a pound. So I was happy with the price. Used them tonight for trap bar rows.
