Jumped around on the tires today. One tire I have set up so it’s high side is 33’’ and the other tires high side 27’’. I can almost get up on the 33’’. I can get my feet on it but just can’t stand up. Maybe if I didn’t weigh 280 lbs I could get up there. Also, I did a bunch of walking lunges with just BW.

Biker, not only do I have some fun exercise toys. I hang out around the pool and deck without my shirt on once in awhile too.

Harry, i can only imagine what an incredible experience it would be to visit the Philippines with your family. Nice weather, good food…

I hurt my lower back the last squat workout. So I’ve been hobbling around and eating. I had to benched with my feet up today so I went with a lower weight for reps.

Chickenlittle, thank you for the well wishes. I was walking fully upright like a real human today.
Crippler, damn aching body parts keep the training interesting. Back squats may be off my lifting card for awhile. Gonna try zercher squats, front squats and trap bar deadlifts as main lifts.
Paul, I imagine you have some very tasty craft beer. It would be my pleasure to drink it with you.

I shouldn’t have pulled tonight but 135 felt good then 185 felt good, etc. The exercise that really makes my back ache is heavy back squats. It has to be a spine compression thing.

You can try hanging from a pullup bar, or actually doing pullups, in between sets of squats; see if that helps. Read that somewhere, and makes sense.

Hyper extensions work for me whenever I get that pain down back of leg. Walking a LOT helps too.
