Dragged the black pipe out of the corner and did some close grip benching with it. To sound cool I will refer to the pipe as an axle bar. My right shoulder felt ok.

1b. chin-ups BWx5,5 +25x5,5,5,5 BWx7,7,5
2a. neutral hand position db shld press 60's x12,12,15
2b. bar in the corner rows 140x12,12,12
3. db curls 1 sets to failure
4. tri ext 1 set to failure
5. db upright row 1 set to failure
