I must admit working the arms is always a fun/ego boosting day. Although many will argue some of the best overall arm gains will be gained through big pressing and pulling movements. Pull-Ups, Barbell Rows, Bench Press variations, and Overhead pressing will pack on the most overall size. Make sure to have your diet in check, and your results following 5/3/1 will blow you away. Stay dedicated and hungry!

5/3/1 is awesome. Try a Boring but Big variation, such as the 3 month challenge (free on this site), or the Triumvirate for starters. Both are simple, easy to follow, and allow you to squeeze in a few sets of curls, triceps work, and delt work after the assistance/supplemental work.
