Hi. Found you guys a couple of months ago while looking for info on improving OHP. Interesting community and I thought I’d jump in.
48, no real weight training experience, on BP meds, smoker. Need to make some changes. Started keto on 8/24, dropped from 215 to 176 currently. No real weight goal in mind but I want to get rid of the rest of this gut and get off the meds. Quitting smoking 1/1.
Started 531 BBB on 10/12. Currently at 245/160/175/120 for dead/bench/squat/ohp. Would like to be at 400/200/300 and body weight ohp for my fiftieth.
I also want to dance with my granddaughter at her wedding and be able to bitch slap the ever loving crap out of her husband if he doesn’t treat her well. She’s only 3 so I have time to work on this goal.
