New Full-Body Routine

So how does it look, any suggestions?

Close-Grip Bench

DB Shrugs

It’s not really that much in the first few weeks, in fact, are you new to this?

one set seems pointless unless you haven’t touched a weight in 3 months.

Yeah. That’s what I was going to get at. Week 1-2 is only 10 sets per session, and Week 3-4 is 20. Wouldn’t be too bad if just getting into weights. However, Week 5-6 would end up at 30 sets. Just seemed like trying to do too much at once.

The thing is I got mono, and had to take a month off. What should my minimum amount of sets per workout be? Also, even if it is one set, the volume remains the same through out the first 2 weeks and the last 3 weeks.

Some days I may have as little as 14 sets. Others as many as 22. It really depends on your routine, and rep/set scheme.

what are your goals?

My goals are mass and strength, but I’m mainly focusing on mass. And about the amount sets, gabex I understand what you were saying about my sets going from 10,20,30 however the volume goes from 15,20,15.

then i’d say fuck full body routines and either do an upper/lower split or a once a week bodypart split.

Training 3-4 times a week, not including minor cardio/abs.
