I use a tailor in Hong Kong for suits and shirts. The quality is great, the fit perfect and you choose cut, material and everything else about the suit. They keep my file so that I am able to order shirts mailorder. I am stopping in HK next week to get resized (lifting weights can prove expensive on clothes). Price wise a tailored suit from this place is in the $300 range.
