T Nation

New Feature: Rate My Physique!

The premise is simple. Upload an image of yourself along with any details about your training you wish to include. T-Nation members will be then able to rate your physique on a scale from 1 to 10 in addition to providing feedback, advice, criticism, etc.

So, let’s see some of those physiques!

Sweet. Really cool idea.

I’ve never post a pic of me…I’m waiting til I’ve gained some weight and have some progress worth posting…but I really like this idea!

AHAHAHAH. Rate me hot or not!

The 125lbs-ers are going to have a field day with this, then again, so are we. Nice.

You know, I have always wondered what T-Nation looked like.

I would have thought a bit more masculine though.

I like the idea. Sounds like fun.

This should be interesting.

Yeah, but you had to figure she’d have a nice rack…

Will the ratings be on current threads too?

No, it is not retro-active at this point. Reason being is we want people to upload their latest and greatest for this feature.

Not to mention several of the existing photos in here aren’t actually of the people that posted them.

That’s exactly what I thought when I saw the new name of the forum. Hot or Not.

This forum is going to suck! Even more retards are going to post their pictures of their scrawny bodies using MySpace angles and pants hanging off their wastes.

It’s actually exactly the same as it was, except now you can include a numeric rating with your criticisms. Makes it easier to determine which threads you want to look at with the rating displayed right in the category.

I agree. Before you know it there’ll be temo’s. (Testosterone-emo’s - for those of you that haven’t caught on)

=)

Not if they’re afraid of a bad rating (hopefully).

I’d think twice about posting my pics again now, knowing that there’s a rating system, not so much for fear of getting a low rating as for looking like I’m fishing for a good rating.

… and they’ll get ripped like they always do. Except now if they are dumb they will see that everyone rates them as being ugly too.

Can a poster opt out of the rating system? I have posted progress pics in the past and had some really nice responses and feedback. I would never post asking to be “rated”. (I am well aware that Cosmo won’t be calling to ask me to pose any time soon  )

I think this might scare away some hard-working “regular” folks who I would normally encourage to post their pics and see their progress.

When this forum becomes all douchebags, I suspect it will get old quick.

Hmm, not currently, no. But as always we are taking your suggestions into consideration.

I like the IDEA of the rating, but my initial reaction to naming the entire FORUM that was no-go. We will see though.

I also like the idea of an opt-out, as I would be less inclined to post if trolls could rate me 0 and destroy my fragile wittle ego.

It’s very simple, just post your progress pictures in the Bodybuilding forum.
