My gym is hosting a strongman competition Saturday, February 7, 2015. I think they’ve had 30 signups so far, out of 60 slots. United States Strongman is the federation.

I live in SE Mass and have been looking for a competition in this timeframe, so I think I’ll try to make it to this.
What’s up with the United States Strongman Federation? The website says Willie Wessels is the president. Wasn’t he previously involved in NAS? It looks like there is some recent history that I am missing here.
