New Diet to Lose Fat

So, I've been trying to lose fat for a while now, but I haven't been too serious about it. But now, I have decided to run track for my college(200 meters and 400meters) and need to cut from about 190 pounds to about 170.

I don't really care about my weight as long as I'm losing fat. To do this I have decided to go on a mainly vegiterian diet. I will be drinking a lot of protein shakes however, and eat about five small "vegiterian" meals a day and will take supplements like Surge and fish oils to help me recover faster from my workouts.

I will mainly be cutting Carbs. My goal is a clean diet with very little Carbs and a lot of Protien. Pleas tell me what you guys think about this diet. I know I'll prolly get a lot of shit for even mentioning the word Vegiterian, but just give me some feeback. Thanks

why not try the v-diet?

Since you're set on having a lot of shakes, why not go all out with the Velocity Diet?

Or, if you don't want to go as extreme, look up the T-Dawg 2.0 diet.

Both are quality.
