New Diet, Surprising Results

Movin on up:muscle::muscle::muscle: the last segmental lean analysis is obviously off cuz my legs are bigger then ever lol I know all of these are off but the general consensus is that I’m growing muscle at a good rate. Been breaking PRs left and right. Size is growing very quickly. Putting on some fat(not a lot but some) but worth the muscle growth. Trying to get to the next level size at any cost:muscle::muscle:

Not any cost but I mean I don’t mind gaining some fat😂

Playing a gig tonight. It’s been four weeks since I wore these pants and I’ve been eating and training legs HARD . They used to fit now they are like tights! Not to mention my belt won’t tighten enough for me anymore

Broke my deadlift PR and bench press PR this week. Coach says over the last two months my body has changed drastically to the point of being able to notice it from across the gym.

Cool…thanks. So assuming your protein powder is 25g protein/scoop that’s around 150g per day from protein powder? Just trying to compare percent-wise to my own percentage from powder.

Yep that’s correct! I’ve toyed with adding in food instead of some of the protein but when I take the protein powder it’s generally when I want the protein in my system fast. Coach says it’s fine having three a day so for now I’ll keep it

And virtually fat free it looks like?

I add in nuts etc throughout the day now , I’ve also added broccoli twice(thanks @aaronca) Day and blueberries and bananas with my breakfast.

But yeah I haven’t really been worrying about fats
