New Diet Discoveries

Figured I’d start a new thread on things that you recently discovered which is good for your diet, and has become amazingly nice.

I’ve been scared away from mayonnaise for a while now, but I noticed that Smart Balance makes a Mayonnaise that’s mostly flax oil based with all kinds of other “good for you” stuff. 50 cals in a tablespoon, and a tablespoon is plenty for a 4oz burger, and half a tablespoon goes perfectly with a can of tuna.

I don’t think my refrigerator will EVER not have this stuff from now on.

I didn’t recently discover this but I’m interested in learning more about it if anyone knows anything. Anyone know anything about Cissus Quadrangdularis for weight loss or helping with joint pain?
